Erasmus + KA2 Strategic Partnership for Adult Education

Description

The project aims to promote the employability and entrepreneurship skills of adult learners by using social media and ICT for the creation of e-enterprises and for increasing opportunities to enter the labour market in an effective way.

Therefore, the project is addressed to:  adult teachers and trainers, who need to acquire the specific competences to train adult students, adult students, who need to scale up their key and transversal competences adapted to the digital era and the labour market’s needs and to adults with low skills and qualifications.

The project activities include:

  • Creating an “e-entrepreneurship” training package with a collection of video lessons;
  • Testing the training package by adult teachers and trainers;
  • Carrying out trainings at national level on “How to become an e-entrepreneur”, addressed to adult students;
  • Organizing an International training experience on “Adopt an enterprise experience”, exploiting social media and ICT in Greece;
  • Involving enterprises to collaborate in the workshops;
  • Organizing an International Conference about “International e-entrepreneurship” in Spain at the end of the project.

Our role

Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility of individuals VET

Description

The aim of the project is equipping VET students with a set of competences demanded by EU labor market, in order to enhance their employability and, at larger extent, to fill the gap between companies’ demands and education offer at European level. A consortium of 6 Valencian VET schools will provide 72 VET students and recent graduated in Tourism, IT and Administration with a training practice in companies located in Italy, UK, France and Poland.

Our role

The project hast been written by ESMOVIA and will be coordinated by us in collaboration with the promoter of the project, IES LLuis Simarro, and the rest of the national partnership. We will be in contact with the national and international partners and in collaboration with all of them, will manage the mobility, considering the training, logistic and bureaucracy aspects.

Description

The project aims to support intersectorial cooperation with a focus on creativity, European citizenship and cultural awareness of all citizens; through this action, the project also intends to improve social inclusion through the arts, promoting innovative approaches to participatory and intercultural dialogue that connect education and youth training with grassroots organizations in the cultural and creative sector.

The project’s objectives are:

  • increase entrepreneurial skills.
  • allow the establishment of collaborations for companies or people interested in starting a creative / artisan business
  • increase access to information on companies / people involved in creative activities by including these entities in promotional activities
  • promotion of good practices in the field of cooperation of creative entities with others operating in this sector
  • to increase the knowledge of the institutions of the business environment on the needs and opportunities of the creative sector
  • strengthen cooperation in three sectors (private, public and non-governmental sector) aimed at supporting entrepreneurship in the creative industries sector.

Our role

Erasmus + KA2 Strategic Partnership in the field of vocational education and training

Description

The aim of the project is to expand the baseline of skills, knowledge and values for STEM VET learners by establishing well-structured and effective peer learning circles. Moreover the project focus on expanding the learning opportunities by introducing cutting edge methods, e.g. peer-to-peer learning, peer tutoring and innovative pedagogy and thus boosting the quality of the learning experience in VET professional schools and centers.

The objectives of the project are:

  • establishing a new and unique methods for digitized peer-assisted learning in distant classes and small COVID-19 secured participatory classes in and outside school premises.
  • implementing a new model for learning stimulation, e.g. peer-tutoring or cooperative learning to cover the knowledge gap generated by the hyper accelerated post crisis technological society
  • enhancing the active and intended usage of new pedagogical methods by the students, e.g. peer-to-peer learning, tutoring, flipped classroom, project based learning, etc. to prolong the daily learning curve of learners and ensure full participation.
  • evolving the role of the Alumni clubs and Bright learners in-school societies by assigning a new teaching role to the students, hence improving the knowledge base of the younger generation by covering the gaps between the expected skills
  • reducing the number of early leaving VET learners via boosting an early warning systems in the partner countries
